After the feedback and success of the Battuto and Carpaccio, we wanted to satisfy the palates that love stronger flavors as well, creating a variant with Pecorino cheese with a stronger and more determined flavor.
We process this well-known cheese together with Black Truffle (aestivum vitt). We thus combine two excellences to obtain a product with unique characteristics and unmistakable flavor.
